Pleasant surprises

I tried on some jeans yesterday morning, and I wanted to wear them inside out, because the tag had a smaller number on it, like a number I've only fitted in my dreams for about 2 years!! 💃💃 Yes they are sized generously, and I knew that, but still it felt like a win. They are such a comfy denim, the compromise is one must wear a belt with, so they don't fall down in an hour. Nonetheless, I set off and my day continued to be full of pleasant surprises.

A visit at work from my cousin, and because things come in 3’s, a friend saying she’d tag along on my indents because that way we could have a catch up.

It's indent time, that time of the year when the buy for next winter starts… it feels like the most gambling I've ever done in my life. Indent time, it brings hope and prayers, hoping I get what people like and praying they will buy it.

July also brings that time of the 4 letter word… SALE… which means that the shop is now full of pleasant surprises on the price tags❣️ The specials are all marked in store, so it's worth the trip to town.
