I woke this morning to the beautiful rain and did the Facebook family check in - here’s my 4year old great niece singing from her car seat with her mother that wee gem from Annie.
I completely went back in time to a night at the theatre with my own Miss, who would have been 8 or 9… Singing louder as each song in the show came along. We were whispering to her, you can’t sing too, people have paid to hear the actors sing not you. The lady in front turned back and said, she’s just fine, doing a better job of it than the girl on stage! So this morning my heart got full 💘
It's Pink Shirt week and that means different things to different people… For me its about support and family and I'm tickled Pink we have pretty pink in lots of options…. so as we celebrate a bit of rain, I know with this crazy weather it doesn’t even really feel like autumn yet so, "that when I'm stuck with a day that's grey and long, I just stick up my chin and say… the sun will come out tomorrow" 🎶💘
