comedy week

I was in the bathroom - a job that takes a little while for me at present. I hear the husband, still in bed, talking. To whom I'm not sure… so when I come back out I ask “Who were you talking to?” Looking seriously sheepish, he says - Um the blanket, thought it was little dog and wondered why she wasn’t moving when I spoke to her. It's been that kind of few days. I had surgery on both hands last Friday so have been living in a comedy since then.

The key question from family and close friends has been how are you going to the toilet… Let's just say after the first episode I was commando for the next few days stuck at home. pleased to be on the mend just saying. Dresses and slip on shoes have saved me! Thank goodness we just got some new beautiful shoes in the past week.

I'm ok to be the laugh at home for the moment - a shower is like a hose down and a cuppa tea through a straw… yep life is good, I got new shoes!
