Which Circle??

Memory lane is a great lane to go down if you’re in charge of the memories.

I just had the weekend in New Plymouth.

Early Family Christmas all together, acknowledging what would have been Dad's birthday, and doing Deck the Halls fundraiser for Taranaki woman's refuge.

It's a Christmas trail thru homes that have been specifically decorated for the day.

First time I've done it, and it warmed my heart and awakened the delight of Christmas in me, and many others. I saw primary school friends that still do things together from my neighbourhood 💕how cool is that!

I'm a people watcher, so it was interesting listening and watching in my old stomping ground.

I got pleasure listening to the chitty chat regarding their own latest acquisitions regarding furniture, homes, grandchildren and admiring each other's pretty dresses…

The dress thing especially caught my ear, as “The Dress Circle” is a real estate description used in Central New Plymouth. It's deemed you’ve made it location wise if you purchase in the “Dress Circle” I'd forgotten this saying - so had a dam good laugh (quietly) when I heard ladies referring to it, and then another asking “sorry, which dress came from the circle shop?". 🤭

I wanted to chip in and say, it's a great little shop in Cambridge called Gabriels Fashions, they have a great website, but I resisted in this case.

I clearly didn't have much resistance when it came to collecting wonderful options for this seasons dresses in the shop tho,… and we do have some new tops coming in festive colours so watch this space.

It's Thanksgiving Thursday. Many of you know it's a time in our house we give thanks so I am. Thankful for my team, my health, my family and the support from our clients.
